INITIAL ENQUIRY

Before submitting your enquiry, click here to view our pricing structure, so you can explore the best package for your event.

Reach out to us through our social media channels, emailing us, WhatsApp, or by completing our online enquiry form. 

Let us know about your event, dates you have in mind, venues etc. and any specific requirements.

 

DISCUSSION AND SECURING OF BOOKING

Once we receive your enquiry, we'll get in touch to discuss the details, finalise arrangements, and secure your booking, an estimated price will be given at this point. 

 

DEPOSIT AND BOOKING CONFIRMATION

To confirm your booking, a deposit will be required. 

Once the deposit is paid, we will send a confirmation of your booking.

At this stage, you will be required to sign a booking contract.

STAY IN TOUCH

After confirmation, all relevant parties will be added to a dedicated WhatsApp group for easy communication and updates leading up to your event.
